The CA jogging track lawns is situated at prime location near Jinnah International Airport Karachi opposite CAA Club. These Hall has capacity of around 1500 Guests in total and suitable for large gathering, however it can be divided into three halls Lawn A for 500 Guests, Lawn B for 500 Guests and Lawn C for 400 Guests as well

  • Generator cost included in above rent and will be provided till 12 midnight
  • PKR 700 head will be charged above 200 guest
  • Rates may fluctuate at PKR250 per guest on these months january,july,august,december
  • CA Club Members may avail discount on lawn-rent for the functions of self and their household members on the submissions of valid CA card
  • External Catering is not allowed. Food will be billed separately as per selection from Menu
  • Stage & Extra Florals will be billed separately. Fresh Flower Arrangement starts from PKR 30,000/-
  • Partition for segregation is PKR 3,000/-
  • Function must end at 12:00 A.M or allowed according to the relevant Govt. agencies
  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited within venue premises
  • Political, Commercial or Public events are subject to approval from concerned authorities
  • Booking of Ballroom/Lawns will be confirmed on receiving of full payment of rent at the time of booking
  • Private Guards of the Party are not allowed to enter in the Lawn, Carrying of Arms/Ammunitions inside the lawn premises is also prohibited
  • Any other instructions conveyed at the time of booking and commencement of functions by the Management has to be compiled by the party
  • Lawn Management has the power to cancel the booking at any time without assigning any reason

  • Mineral Water @ PKR per head
  • In case of external catering outside food pantry charges @ PKR per guest will be billed
  • Stage & extra flower arrangements will be billed separately. Flower arrangements starts from @ PKR
  • Partition facility for segregation starts from @ PKR and will be billed separately.
